I started using the Allen Core Wheel about two weeks into my prep for the 2005 John Sherman Classic. As a result I experienced increases in strength, endurance, muscle definition, and unsurpassed abdominal development. The wheel was also instrumental in maintaining strength and promoting muscle recovery while dieting, in fact I performed to PR lifts while dieting, including a 525 pound front squat for a double and a 405 pound stiff legged deadlift from the floor on an elevated block for eight reps. I am convinced this is the best core strengthening movement there is and would recommend it to all trainers from beginner to advanced.
